Hitachi has been contributing to society for more than 110 years, particularly through some of its most important and founding products, such as motors and air compressors. Today, we continue to carry this history and legacy forward as Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems. In addition to motors and air compressors, we provide a range of industrial products, services, and solutions that help power many of society's most critical operations.

Green
We are expanding our focus on green products and initiatives giving components and products a new lease on life. We help our customers reduce CO2 emissions and increase energy savings through green products and our 5R (Reman, Rebuild, Repair, Reuse and Recycle) business.

We offer energy-saving and high-efficiency products that contribute to energy conservation at factories, and environmentally-friendly products that help reduce the burden on the environment.

Our connected products and remote monitoring solutions match today's environmental and digital requirements—and our customers' expectations. By leveraging digital solutions and connecting our products, our customers benefit from less downtime and fewer inspector visits.
Hitachi Connected Service
Hitachi Connected Service is an IoT remote monitoring service that allows you to check the operating status of your facilities anytime via the Internet. The service provides real-time notification of alarms and malfunctions via e-mail, contributing to stable operation and reduced downtime.
AirLinx® Remote Monitoring

AirLinx remote monitoring system enables you to record the parameters of the air compressor in real time and observe the performance of the machine through a simple and easy-to-read dashboard on your smartphone, tablet or computer. AirLinx also alerts you to unscheduled stops.
Innovation
With every product, service, and solution we provide, innovation is at its core. We strive to provide lasting value to our customers, including delivering peak performance, energy efficiency and enhanced productivity. One example is our AI visual inspection system that helps food and beverage manufacturers automate the visual inspection of their production lines (available in Japan only). Another example is our factory energy management system, which helps support the awareness of energy wastage, analysis of costs/benefits, and energy and production optimization.
Leading the transition to a circular economy
With the goal of leading society in accelerating a circular
economy, we are developing green products with high efficiency and
low CO₂ emissions and promoting 5R: Remanufacturing, Rebuild,
Repair, Reuse and Recycle.
We will further improve our customers' operations by utilizing the
data obtained from facility monitoring services and maintenance.
We provide services and solutions that help customers solve problems and grow their businesses, and improves product efficiency throughout the product lifecycle of "use," "maintenance," "exchange," and "recycling. This is our recurring business model, which aims to realize a circular economy.
