Overview

The new TLM type toprun type trackless crane saddle is a sister product of the THM type saddle that economic efficiency is pursued, and suitable for light to medium load conditions. In accordance with the trend of bigger building and heavier load, maximum wheel load 10 ton and 15 ton (made to order) classes of the trackless crane saddles are lined up. You can select the most suitable trackless trolley from a variety of models.

Saddle Selection

  • The capacity shown in the diagram shows approximate capacity to the maximum span. In the actual selection, the wheel load including the girder must be calculated.

  • When you use the wheel made of polyurethane rubber, be sure to earth the saddle body with a dedicated earth wire. When you use the earth brush in stead of the earth wire, remove coating and rust, and be sure to clean the surface of the rail so that the earth functions well.
